1. Nature of Offer

This offer is a promotional guarantee only and does not constitute insurance or an indemnity. Any contribution is made subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

This offer applies only where the Relentless product:

  1. was properly installed by Relentless or an authorised installer;
  2. was in good working condition at the time of the incident; and
  3. had not been modified, misused, or tampered with.

3. Trigger Event

A claim may only be made where:

  1. a genuine unlawful break-in has occurred; and
  2. entry was gained directly through the Relentless product.

4. Required Evidence

Customers must provide:

  1. a valid police report or event number;
  2. evidence of forced entry;
  3. photographic evidence of the affected product; and
  4. any further information reasonably requested by Relentless.

5. Insurance Requirements

Customers must:

  1. hold a current insurance policy covering the premises; and
  2. provide proof of the applicable insurance excess.

No contribution will be made where insurance is not in place.

6. Contribution Limit

Any contribution:

  1. is limited to the amount of insurance excess actually payable; and
  2. is capped at $# per claim and $# per premises per 12-month period.

7. Exclusions

This offer does not apply to:

  1. attempted break-ins where entry is not gained;
  2. entry gained through any means other than the Relentless product;
  3. incidents involving misuse, modification or improper installation;
  4. damage caused by prolonged or abnormal force or tools; or
  5. fraudulent, staged or suspicious claims.

8. Claim Process

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the incident. Relentless may inspect the premises and product before determining eligibility.

9. Determination

All claims are assessed by Relentless acting reasonably, and all decisions are final.

10. No Admission

Any contribution made does not constitute an admission of fault, defect, or liability.
